It was ok

I already diagnosed. Just hose popping off. A $52 part already installed brand new. Then it was taking off. Replaced with your part. Took a cover off to seat better and was charged $439.00. And on Veteran's day. Yes I am a veteran. This is cheating the people who come regularly to your shop. This is a total outrage. Disappointed customer and an Army Veteran.

Excellent service, fast and friendly. Lot explained everything well and answered any questions I had. Also informed me of the shuttle service to use to get to and from the dealership while my car was being worked on

My service adviser was good. What I don't agree with is that they need an "excellent" score or they fail. Seems to me that you would want genuine feedback so that any shortfalls could be addressed.
